We've tried to design the Blood Systems e-Learning Center to be simple and easy-to-use. We understand problems do occur, however, and are prepared to help.

If you are having problems with the site, please check to see if your question or issue is covered in the Frequently Asked Questions below. If not, you may contact us from the web site or email. All contacts are forwarded to our support department; we will respond as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I've watched the course but the Post-Test and Evaluation are still locked. How do I unlock them?
  • Please watch the entire course by clicking the "View Course" link and taking the appropriate action as directed during the course. You will be able to unlock these links by following the instructions provided.
  • Don't know your "Account Number"?
  • If you are a Blood Systems customer and do not know your account number click here
  • I'm having problems logging in. Can you help?
  • Most difficulties logging in are related to incorrectly entered passwords. Please ensure you are typing your password directly as shown, paying special care to the case. Also, it is not recommended that you copy and paste passwords as this can introduce unwanted characters into the password field.
  • I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
  • Please visit our Forgot Password page and enter the email address you provided when registering. After a few minutes you should receive an automated email from our website. In this email there will be a personalized link for you to visit which allows you to reset your password directly. As a note, passwords are case sensitive and must be entered in twice exactly the same for confirmation.
  • I've reset my password but still cannot log in. Now what?
  • Please visit our Contact page and send us a message with all relevant information. We will reply as soon as possible.
  • Can you retrieve or reset my password for me?
  • No, for security reasons, we cannot retrieve or reset the password for any member.
  • I'm having trouble viewing my certificate after completing a program. What should I do?
  • Please ensure Adobe Reader is installed on your computer. Certificates are only available in this format.
  • How do I see which answers I missed on the Post-Test?
  • Currently we don't provide a way for visitors to see the answers to questions they've missed as this would allow participants to share answers.
  • What are the Terms and Conditions for using this web site?

  • I have a question not listed here. Where can I ask it?
  • Please visit our Contact page and send us a message with all relevant information. We will reply as soon as possible.

Live CE Certificates

  • I can't find my program code that the instructor gave me.
  • Please contact your instructor directly. We cannot provide program codes to learners.
  • Can I download the same certificate twice?
  • Yes, you may download your certificate as many times as you'd like.
  • My course is not displayed.
  • Please contact Mary Lieb at MLieb@bloodsystems.org for assistance.
  • Can I get a copy of my P.A.C.E. certificate mailed to me as well?
  • Paper copies are no longer available. You may come back at any time to the e-learning center and print an additional copy if one is needed.
  • How long will my P.A.C.E. certificate be available for download?
  • P.A.C.E. programs are approved for a two year period. You will be able to print your certificate as long as the program is active.
  • Does P.A.C.E. credit for live training sessions expire?
  • P.A.C.E. live sessions offered by OnQ do not expire. Live sessions (webinars) expire after a 6 month period.
