Deviation Management can be a complicated process unless you know the proper techniques. In this program, we will explore an assortment of tools, including the seven basic quality tools to be used during the deviation management process. Graphs and figures provide visual examples that reinforce the narrative. The information in this program also applies to process improvement and can be used during data analysis, causal analysis, and idea creation. Using these tools can provide a structured method for decision making and problem solving.
